You must have heard the famous “Pomodoro work method”(Pomodoro Technique), this is a time management method that allows us to focus more on the work in front of us. It is especially useful for people like me who are accustomed to procrastination and cannot concentrate on getting things done right now. In short, Its practice method is to first decide a job you want to perform, set the Pomodoro\u2019s timer to 25 minutes, and focus on doing the same thing during this time. After the time has passed, spend 5 minutes to concentrate on rest, and then Restart in units of 25 minutes, and take a longer (10-15 minutes) rest after four cycles.<\/p>\n
